Christina Allen's spiritual path spans more than 30 years apprenticing and practicing with renowned spiritual masters of Yoga, Reiki, and Shamanism. After a decade studying and working as a Lead Teacher for Alberto Villoldo at the Four Winds Society, she continued her studies, training extensively with Joan Parisi Wilcox, and Juan and Ivan Nuñez del Prado. In 2013, she started the Austin Shamanic Center where she works with students and clients from around the globe teaching and practicing Energy Medicine.

She is passionate about integrating the power and wisdom of ancient indigenous Energy Medicine with her formal University studies of physics, biology, psychology, and neuroscience. She uses her scientific education to help bring to light these ancient teachings in a way the western mind can digest them. Her aim is to contribute to a global community of grounded, authentic, human beings who want to evolve consciously, step up out of superstion and into personal power, to hold the door open for the evolution of human consciousness, and in that to be of service to humanity.

These days, along with a busy training schedule, Christina is using her shamanic healing methods to help people heal from trauma induced fight, flight and freeze. Her healing practice is geared toward helping people frozen in trauma to thaw and reclaim their original agency. It is deep work approached with respect, kindness and love.
