A typical session may include a combination of several techniques: fight or flight to regulate cortisol and the nervous system, Reiki, shamanic medicine (journeying, constellations, illumination, soul retrieval...) sound healing, guided meditation, breathwork, flowing in alignment with the compassionate guidance of the invisible realms, harmonizing the energy centers and restoring your luminosity and overall well-being.
